California Bear Flag League Roundup...
I am currently enjoying my first Spring Break as a teacher, and since the weather here sucks I decided to torture myself with a roundup of the Bear Flag League. There are currently 116 active members in the League and 36 members who have either shut down their site or have not posted in a long time.
As always, this list is presented in alphabetical order because I am that lazy.
Enjoy:

Wow! Some serious effort. Thanks.

I'm struck speechless by the amount of hard work that went into this effort. Much appreciated!

Way Off Bass is in a holding pattern. I've been a guest blogger at Woody's Woundup for the last few months, and will be until I can decide which direction to take Way Off Bass. I'll be back in regular action on my own blog before too many more weeks.
By the way, thanks for the link to Woody's Woundup today. I haven't been pinged in so long I'd forgotten how fun it was to see that someone's paying attention.

Wow, impressive indeed. It's been more than two years since I tried to round up the League, and I thought that was a big job then. Nothing compared to this.

So this must be where that mythical 32%-36% hangs out. How is that Iraq thing going? Have they started throwing sweets and flowers yet? Is it paying for it self with it own oil revenues? When they said it was going to be over in a few months did they really mean to say a 6-10 years and we just missed it? Is the office of the Presidency more dignified now that Bush in office? You think he will fire that leaker (who ever that elusive leaker is) like he promised on national television? You think Abramoff, Libby, Delay, 3 Delay aids, Ney, the Dukester, Snow, Allen, Taft, Dolittle, Hunt, Lewis, Scanlon, Blount, the rest, their wives, their adult children will be found not guilty(I left a few score out -sorry)? You think a dignified presidency needs the presidential pardon unlike the undignified Clinton presidency did? I wonder if Cheney, Norquist, Reed, etc think about that at all. I sure am glad Republicans have all 3 branches of the government because now there are no more deficits, no more poorly paying jobs, our ports and levies are super safe, everyone can pay for college so we no longer need student loans so that we can have an educated work force to compete with China/India. Plus who needs a low skilled job anyway? Lets bring in the indentured ...I mean guest workers by the 100,000 (per annum) since as El Presidente says they do work that Americans wont do. Hey and another good thing if Republicans use nukes on Iran they or their friends will never ever even think about doing it to us. Keep up the good job and God bless that 32% - 36%.

What a great resource! As an SoCal expat, with a ton of fellow alumni pals still there, who are also conservative, I'm happy to see we have places to go where we can relate...especially since there are those like Wow above, who are obviously starved for anything resembling truth in information.

Well, I'm blogging again, for now. Startup ate my time.

Impressive, and an inspiration to the rest of us in the League!
I need to return to my own ongoing BFL Watch Series on Sneakeasy's Joint, after a long hiatus, and this is a reminder of just what quality can be found among us all. ;-D
